Description:
After a full assessment, including an analysis of potential muscle imbalances, Kelly formulates a treatment for the specific needs of each individual. Using a combination of fascial and muscle release, deep tissue, Swedish techniques, joint manipulation, trigger point therapy and facilitated stretching, she creates a personalized treatment for each client to help alleviate specific symptoms, find the source of dysfunction and aims to educate clients on how to avoid injury in the future. Kelly has additional training in Prenatal Massage, Pelvic Health for Manual Therapists, K-Tape, infant massage and dry cupping. Kelly enjoys working with clients from all walks of life no matter the issue or injury, but takes a keen interest in TMJ treatments, prenatal/postnatal, deep tissue, Headache/migraine and postural treatments.
