Lori graduated from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax NS 2004, and completed advanced certificates in sports massage and myofascial release. Lori's skills include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Lori's goal is to help enhance the overall well-being of her clients through progressive therapy, and specialized treatment plans. You can expect a thorough assessment and client intake as she is motivated to find the underlining cause of pain. If you need to reduce muscle tension, relieve stress, or attain relief from chronic pain you can benefit from a massage treatment. Lori has an extension background working in the health and fitness industry including teaching fitness classes and designing exercise programs for strength training. She will incorporate therapeutic exercises into your treatment plan as she believes it's a key component in helping to improve or restore function.
