What’s your username?
You can use either your email or your username on the old site.
Not sure which email address is associated with your account?
If your current email address doesn’t work, the email associated might be an old one. If you still have access to any old accounts, try the “Lost your password?” link on the login page to receive an email and instructions to reset your password. If still unsure, contact nlmta@nlmta.ca to have your account updated with your current email address.
Don’t know your username?
Your username is a combination of your first and last name, separated by an underscore.
Here are some examples:
Jane Doe = Jane_Doe
John M. Scott = John_M Scott
John M. Scott = John_M_Scott
Michael Smith-Scott = Michael-Smith_Scott
Used Forgot Password but didn’t get an email?
In some cases, “forgot password” emails may end up in your Spam or Trash folders. Check those for any such emails.
