- LIABILITY INSURANCE EXPIRES AT 12:01 A.M. ON OCT 1ST.
- RENEWAL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 16 AND SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $37.50 LATE FEE.
- RENEWAL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $75.00 LATE FEE FOR EACH SUBSEQUENT MONTH FEE IS LATE.
- THE CMTNL WILL BE NOTIFIED OF LAPSE IN MEMBERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP WILL BE REVOKED
